Yoga                       

I am a certified Yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance, and I have a studio in Lake Elsinore, CA, Like everything related to well-being, the environment  has an enormous importance  in  our  state  of mind. When we can not change the outside environment, changing our  inside by changing our thoughts to maintain our entire body and mind in peace with ourselves help. 

Some  years  ago  I started to practice Yoga and since then not only my body has changed but my problems now don't seem so heavy like before, because my behavior has changed. 

I am happy and I feel rich of everything.        

 


Painting


I  love painting and I started to paint when I lived in Brazil, my teacher was Raul Carvalho Junior, and in my opinion he is one of the best artists in Brazil, he does Art Restoration.

  

Right now, I am doing an art collection called The Lotus's Flowers. You will see it soon.



Bonsai


My passion for Bonsais began in 1998 and my Italian Master was Mr. Walter Lubrina. Walter and I started a Bonsai Club in Fortaleza called Meditarraneo Bonsai Club, We had over two hundred Bonsai Trees. I never stopped working with Bonsais; it is related to my garden work.
